About Me, Mitch Lucio…
Over the years I have worked hard to establish a track record of success in sales and marketing. The opportunities and experiences that I have had have allowed for growth, recognition and many blessings. I decided to take these experiences and apply it to an industry that I was surrounded by while growing up in Southern California.
While attending real estate school I worked as an assistant for top producing agents and processed loans for a mortgage broker in Orange County. I also became a partner in a national direct mail marketing company that catered to the residential brokerage community. Although this was a successful venture I still had the desire to be a Realtor.
Once licensed I left the direct mail business and went off to sell real estate for a full service retirement community in Dana Point. When the community sold out I went to work for two large corporations, Coldwell Banker and Prudential California Realty. I was in the top 7% of each companies network and received awards as top listing and top selling agent consistently.
In 2004 I relocated to the bay area and purchased a home in Kensington. I joined Marvin Gardens Real Estate where I continue to keep my focus on delivering superior service to my clients.
I work with diligence for my clients making sure to listen to their needs and put them first. I design a custom plan utilizing my skills and past experience creatively in order to ensure optimum results. With a support team in place I am able to provide the type of quality service people deserve when dealing with one of the biggest investments of their lives. I love working with sincere, honest and like minded people who desire the services of a full time professional.
I keep myself up to date with a changing world incorporating computer technology to expand the types of services I provide. I also attend continuing educational courses to stay on top of constant changes in Real Estate in order to protect my clients.
Whether you are a first time buyer or an investor I strive to deliver exceptional service and establish a long term relationships. I approach my career much as a friend helping another friend never hesitating to go that extra mile. My goal is to help people increase their net worth through real estate while having fun along the way.
Don’t be shy, I’d love to hear from you!
During my off time I enjoy spending time with my partner, family and friends. Living in the bay area I have to say I am never bored. I like taking trips to Napa, Sonoma, hiking through Tilden, Mt. Tam or around Marin. Heading to San Francisco and Mill Valley to enjoy the diversity of foods, art galleries, people and events. Walking through Berkeley, around the Lake Merrit or by the shops by Grand Lake theater. I volunteer and participate in AID’s walks or other types of fundraiser events for non-profits.
I am a member of East Bay Church of Religious Science where I sing with the men’s choir and the Mass Choir. This is truly one of my favorite things. I have been singing with the choir now for three years and love every minute of it. Talk about extended family.
In 2008, we participated in “How Sweet the Sound” which was held at the Oakland arena. You can watch a clip of our rehearsal for that event by clicking on the link below.
